The productions seem to be a bit outrageous and unbelivable but the stocking densities we used in our pilot projects we ran in Palmetto were between 5 and seven pounds per cubic foot of water in our growing tanks and the u-tube oxygen system we used was more than capable of keeping our tanks [...]

THERE IS NOT ANY THING THAT A TILAPIA WILL NOT EAT OR AT LEAST TRY TO EAT. THIS INCLUDES ALMOST ALL “WASTE” FROM EVERY PLANT INCLUDING COTTON SEEDS, PALM HULLS, BREWERY WASTE, SUGAR CANE PULP AND ANY OTHER KIND OF ORGANIC WASTE INCLUDING ALL MANURES.
